- Wide hematogenous spread
- Local granulomas that consist of a region of central necrosis
- Surrounded by a well-delineated rim of epithelioid histiocytes and fibrous tissue
- 1-3mm nodules randomly distributed
- Bilobular
- Thickened interlobular septa
