Lymphangioleiomyomatosis (LAM) CT Findings
- Thin-walled pulmonary cysts (<3 mm) that are well-defined and circumscribed
- Pneumothorax in about half of patients
- May have unilateral or bilateral chylous pleural effusion

Presentation:
- Shortness of breath

- Cough
- Hemoptysis
Prognosis:
- 10 year survival rate is higher than 90%
