Adrenal Adenoma CT Findings
- Typically well defined
- Often homogeneous in attenuation
- Average diameter 2–2.5 cm
- Adenomas can be over 4 cm in size
- Benign adenoma generally under 10 HU on non-contrast CT

Etiology:
- Unknown
Epidemiology:
- Mean age at diagnosis is 57
Presentation:
- Asymptomatic
- Incidental finding in most cases
- Patients may have functioning tumors
Prognosis:
- AAs are benign
- With increased size, AAs may bleed
