- Bulky, solid intrarenal mass
- Spherical
- Hypodense and heterogeneous
- Pseudocapsule
- Well-defined rim
- Distortion of the renal parenchyma and collecting system
- Commonly displaces adjacent structures

Etiology:
- Unknown
Epidemiology:
- Typically presents before age 10
- Slightly more common in females
- More common in people of African descent and less common in people of East Asian descent
Presentation:
- May be asymptomatic
- Palpable mass
- Abdominal distension and/or pain
- Hematuria
- Fever
- Hypertension
Prognosis:
- The 5-year relative survival rate is about 90%
