Mixed Epithelial Stromal Tumor (MEST) CT Findings
- Unilateral, solid kidney lesions
- Well-demarcated tumor
- Complex cystic lesions (Bosniak III or IV) with solid components
- Contrast enhancement

Etiology:
- Unknown
- May be linked to hormonal therapy
Epidemiology:
- Rare
- Male to female ratio is 1:10
- Typically presents during 5th decade of life or perimenopausal age
Presentation:
- Typically asymptomatic and discovered incidentally
- Hematuria
- Abdominal pain
- Palpable mass
- Frequent UTIs
Prognosis:
- MEST tumors are benign
