Renal Lymphoma CT Findings
- Unilateral or bilateral
- Solitary or multiple masses
- Nephromegaly without focal mass
- Typically hypovascular
- Infiltration of the kidney and perirenal space
- Adenopathy is often bulky

- Unknown
Epidemiology:
- Mean age at diagnosis is 60-70 years of age
- More common in males
Presentation:
- Weight loss
- Fever
- Palpable mass
- Hematuria
Prognosis:
- 5-year relative survival rate is 65%
