Perirenal Lymphoma CT Findings

• Single or multiple perirenal masses
• Renal sinus infiltration
• Thickening of Gerota’s fascia
• Typically results from the retroperitoneum or parenchyma but can be isolated

• Unknown

Epidemiology:

• Rare

Presentation:

• Typically asymptomatic
• Hematuria
• Flank and/or abdominal pain
• Fever
• Palpable mass

Prognosis:

• Since perirenal lymphoma is so rare, the true prognosis is unknown
