Bosniak 3 Cyst CT Findings
- Cyst may be multilocular, hemorrhagic, and/or infected
- Wall is irregularly thick with enhancement
- Irregular or nodular calcification
- Findings are suspicious for renal cell carcinoma

Epidemiology:
- Typically presents after age 50
Presentation:
- Typically asymptomatic
- Abdominal or flank pain
- Fever
- Hematuria
Prognosis:
- About half of Bosniak 3 cysts are malignant
