- Well-circumscribed soft tissue mass
- Round or oval
- Punctate peripheral calcifications
- > 5cm
- Heterogeneous enhancement
- Multi-nodular morphology
- Most common in the lower extremities

- Typically asymptomatic
- Palpable mass
- Pain of the affected area
Prognosis:
- The 5-year relative survival rate for synovial sarcoma is about 30-60%
