- Lytic lesion
- Variable mass effect
- Heterogeneous enhancement
- Can be solitary or multiple
- Can have soft tissue component
- Most common in the axial skeleton and spine

- Unknown
Epidemiology:
- Typically presents in the 6th-7th decades of life
- More common in males
- More common in patients with African ancestry
Presentation:
- Symptoms vary depending on the location of the tumor
- Bone pain
- Headache
- Dysphagia
- Dysphonia
- Nasal obstruction
Prognosis:
- The 5-year relative survival rate is about 50-80%
