- Lymph node enlargement
- Enlarged lymph nodes may have necrotic center
- Lymphadenopathy
- Splenomegaly
- Focal lytic lesions

- Unknown
Epidemiology:
- Typically presents after age 60
- More common in patients with European ancestry
Presentation:
- Typically asymptomatic
- Swollen lymph nodes
- Night sweats
- Fever
- Anorexia
- Weight loss
Prognosis:
- The 10-year relative survival rate is estimated to be over 80%
- Patients with CLL are staged according to the Rai or Binet staging systems, which affects prognosis
