Hepatic Cholangiocarcinoma CT Findings
- Periductal-infiltrating mass
- Mass is often sizeable and nonencapsulated
- Intraductal growth
- Peripheral washout appearance
- May have capsular retraction and bile duct dilation
- May have daughter nodules
- Dilated ducts more common than in hepatoma

- Regional: 9%
- Distant: 3%
