    • Isoattenuating or hyperattenuating
  • Arterial phase CT
    • Hypervascular but homogeneous with large feeding artery
  • Venous phase CT
    • Isodense to remaining liver

Etiology:

  • Unknown

Epidemiology:

  • Female to male ratio almost 9:1
  • Most common in 3rd-5th decades of life

Presentation:

  • Asymptomatic

Prognosis:

  • FNH is benign
