- Non-contrast CT
- Isoattenuating or hyperattenuating
- Arterial phase CT
- Hypervascular but homogeneous with large feeding artery
- Venous phase CT
- Isodense to remaining liver

Etiology:
- Unknown
Epidemiology:
- Female to male ratio almost 9:1
- Most common in 3rd-5th decades of life
Presentation:
- Asymptomatic
Prognosis:
- FNH is benign
