- Upstream bile duct dilatation

Etiology:
- Unknown
Epidemiology:
- Rare
- Typically presents in the 6th-7th decades of life
- More common in females
Presentation:
- Typically asymptomatic
- Palpable mass
- Abdominal pain or discomfort
Prognosis:
- Benign but premalignant, so surgical resection is recommended
