Etiology:

  • Unknown

Epidemiology:

  • Rare
  • Typically presents in the 6th-7th decades of life
  • More common in females

Presentation:

  • Typically asymptomatic
  • Palpable mass
  • Abdominal pain or discomfort

Prognosis:

  • Benign but premalignant, so surgical resection is recommended
