Villous Adenoma CT Findings
- Usually a solitary carpet lesion
- Sessile filling defect with irregular mucosal pattern
- 10+ lobules
- Usually > 3cm, may grow as large as 15cm

Epidemiology:
- Typically presents after age 50 with colorectal cancer screening
- True epidemiology is unknown
Presentation:
- Typically asymptomatic and discovered incidentally at colonoscopy
Prognosis:
- Villous adenomas are benign but premalignant
