Reactive Gastropathy (Chemical Gastritis) CT Findings
- Focal antral wall thickening
- Adjacent fat stranding
- May directly visualize ulcer(s)
- Assess for fistula formation

Other Information About Reactive Gastropathy (Chemical Gastritis)
Etiology:
- NSAID use
- Chronic bile reflux
- Chronic alcohol use
Epidemiology:
- More common in females
- Risk increases with age
Presentation:
- Epigastric pain or discomfort
- Indigestion
- Diarrhea
- Abdominal distension
- Nausea and/or vomiting
Prognosis:
- Prognosis is good with treatment
