  • Also known as “Lobular Capillary Hemangioma”
  • Polypoid lesion
  • Exophytic
  • Usually < 20mm

Etiology:

  • Unknown

Epidemiology:

  • Location in the stomach is rare

Presentation:

  • GI Bleed
  • Anemia
  • Can be asymptomatic

Prognosis:

  • PGs are benign but must be resected to prevent bleeding
