- Also known as “Lobular Capillary Hemangioma”
- Polypoid lesion
- Exophytic
- Usually < 20mm

Other Information About Gastric Pyogenic Granuloma
Etiology:
- Unknown
Epidemiology:
- Location in the stomach is rare
Presentation:
- GI Bleed
- Anemia
- Can be asymptomatic
Prognosis:
- PGs are benign but must be resected to prevent bleeding
