Gastrocolic Fistula CT Findings
- Local inflammation (fat stranding, wall thickening)
- Visualization of fistula
- Early contrast in distal colon
- Can be a complication of ulcer as well as iatrogenic

Other Information About Gastrocolic Fistula
Etiology:
- Malignancy of the GI tract
Epidemiology:
- Very rare
- Typically presents in the 6th-7th decades of life
Presentation:
- Feculent vomitus
- Diarrhea or constipation
- Weight loss
- GI bleed
Prognosis:
- As GC fistula is typically a late complication of malignancy, the prognosis is poor
