Pancreatic Lipoma CT Findings
- Homogeneous
- Low density (between -120 and -30 HU)
- Well defined borders
- Lack of contrast enhancement
- Does not infiltrate to the surrounding tissues

Etiology:
- Unknown
Epidemiology:
- Very rare
- Mostly seen in middle aged and elderly patients
Presentation:
- Usually asymptomatic
- Larger lipomas may obstruct the pancreatic duct which will cause symptoms
Prognosis:
- Pancreatic lipomas are benign
