- Typically round or oval
- Smooth margins
- Thin walls
- Well defined
- 0-15 HU
- May have epithelial lining
- May be solitary or multifocal

Etiology:
- Congenital
Epidemiology:
- Common
- Typically presents in 4th-8th decades of life
Presentation:
- Typically asymptomatic
- Abdominal distension
- Abdominal pain or discomfort
- Nausea and/or vomiting
- Palpable mass
Prognosis:
- About 95% of liver cysts are benign
