Colorectal Lymphoma CT Findings
- Localized, extraluminal mass but may be infiltrating as well
- Large size
- Concentric bowel wall and/or fold thickening 2-5cm
- Circumferential lesion
- Narrowing of the colon
- Mucosal nodularity and/or infiltration
- Bulky polypoidal mass
- Aneurysmal dilatation
- Most commonly affects cecum and rectum

Etiology:
- Unknown
Epidemiology:
- Very rare
- Typically presents between ages 50-70
Presentation:
- Abdominal pain
- Weight loss
- GI bleed
Prognosis:
- Chemotherapy and surgery can help extend the prognosis by a few years
- The true prognosis of colorectal lymphoma is unknown because of its rarity
