- IVC filled with soft tissue mass
- Mass is complex, lobulated
- Heterogeneous enhancement
- Intraluminal involvement

Etiology:
- Unknown
Epidemiology:
- Rare
- Typically presents in 5th-7th decades of life
- More common in females
Presentation:
- Typically asymptomatic
- Abdominal pain
- Nausea and/or vomiting
- Weight loss
Prognosis:
- The true prognosis isn’t known since IVC leiomyosarcoma is so rare
- The reported 5-year survival rates have been around 50%
