Urachal Carcinoma CT Findings
- Usually grows from urachus at dome of the bladder
- Grow in cranial direction down to umbilicus
- Calcifications in more than half of cases

- Rare
- More common in males
- Typically presents after age 50
Presentation:
- Typically asymptomatic
- Hematuria
- Dysuria
- Pelvic pain
- Palpable mass
Prognosis:
- Poor
- The 5-year relative survival rate is about 50%
