  • Calcifications in more than half of cases

Epidemiology:

  • Rare
  • More common in males
  • Typically presents after age 50

Presentation:

  • Typically asymptomatic
  • Hematuria
  • Dysuria
  • Pelvic pain
  • Palpable mass

Prognosis:

  • Poor
  • The 5-year relative survival rate is about 50%
