- Round soft tissue density
- Hyperdense
- Homogeneous
- Clear margins
- Can be uniform or uneven
- Arterial phase enhancement
- Typically occurs in submucosa and muscularis mucosa
- Highly vascularized
- Average size is 2.5cm

Etiology:
- Unknown
- Linked to certain hereditary conditions
Epidemiology:
- Rare
- Typically presents in 4th-6th decades of life
Presentation:
- Hematuria
- Urinary tract obstruction
- Palpitations
- Dizziness
- Hypertension
- Micturition syncope
Prognosis:
- Most cases are benign but metastases indicates malignancy
- Simulated CT appearance of bladder cancer
