• Unknown

Epidemiology:

• Very rare

Presentation:

• Dyspnea
• Fever
• Weight loss
• Early stage spindle cell carcinoma is usually asymptomatic

Prognosis:

• Poor; generally patients succumb within a few months of detection
• The true prognosis is unknown since spindle cell cardiac tumors are so rare
