  • Fatty lesion
  • Most commonly in right atrium
  • Size < 2 cm
  • Homogeneous
  • Wide pedicle
  • Well-defined borders
  • Attenuation between -30 to -100 HU

Etiology:

  • Unknown

Epidemiology:

  • Rare
  • Typically presents in 5th-6th decades of life

strong>Presentation:

  • Asymptomatic and usually detected incidentally

Prognosis:

  • Lipomas are benign
  • Can be treated to avoid compression of the cardiac chambers
