Intrapericardial Lipoma CT Findings
- Fatty lesion
- Most commonly in right atrium
- Size < 2 cm
- Homogeneous
- Wide pedicle
- Well-defined borders
- Attenuation between -30 to -100 HU

Etiology:
- Unknown
Epidemiology:
- Rare
- Typically presents in 5th-6th decades of life
strong>Presentation:
- Asymptomatic and usually detected incidentally
Prognosis:
- Lipomas are benign
- Can be treated to avoid compression of the cardiac chambers
