  • Smoothly marginated lesion surface
  • Less than 10 HU
  • No enhancement on contrast studies
  • Size range from 2-30cm
  • Usually incidental finding in an asymptomatic person

Etiology:

  • Usually congenital

Epidemiology:

  • Equally in males and females
  • 3rd-4th decade of life

Presentation:

  • Generally asymptomatic
  • Some may experience chronic cough, chest pain, and shortness of breath

Prognosis:

  • Excellent
