Adrenal Lymphangioma CT Findings

• Uni- or multi-locular
• Low attenuation (<20 HU)
• Non-enhancing
• Most have calcification
• May have septations

Etiology:

• Unknown

Epidemiology:

• Most commonly detected at 3rd-6th decade of life
• More common in females

Presentation:

• Asymptomatic

Prognosis:

• ALs are benign
