Adrenal Paraganglioma CT Findings
- Extra-adrenal pheochromocytoma
- Homogeneous or heterogeneous mass
- Hyper enhancement
- Size from 1 cm to over 20 cm
- Common locations are carotid body, jugular foramen, aorticopulmonary region, posterior mediastinum, abdominal paraaortic region including Organ of Zuckerkandl, and pelvis

Etiology:
- Familial history common
Epidemiology:
- Mean age at presentation is 51
Presentation:
- Asymptomatic
- High blood pressure
Prognosis:
- Surgery needed
- Patients usually do well
