Adrenal Hemangioma CT Findings
- Most are unilateral
- Usually 2-3cm diameter but can reach over 30cm
- Heterogeneous
- Nodular enhancement
- May have punctate calcification or peripheral fat islands

Etiology:
- Unknown
Epidemiology:
- Very rare
- 6th-7th decades of life
- More common in females
Presentation:
- Usually detected incidentally
Prognosis:
- Hemangiomas are benign with no malignant potential
- Occasionally large hemangiomas can present with spontaneous bleed
