Adrenal Tuberculosis CT Findings
- Size is < 4cm
- Low attenuation in the center
- Central necrosis
- Peripheral rim enhancement
- Bilateral calcification of the adrenal is common

Etiology:
- TB is caused by bacteria
Epidemiology:
- Adrenal involvement in TB is rare
Presentation:
- Fever
- Anorexia
- Weight loss
- Nausea and/or vomiting
- Abdominal pain
Prognosis:
- TB can be treated with antibiotics
- Adrenal TB can cause Addison’s disease
