Astrocytoma (Temporal Lobe)
Note
In this patient with a recent first time seizure, there is an ill-defined nonenhancing T2 FLAIR infiltrative lesion centered in the left temporal lobe. This was ultimately a grade 2 astrocytoma by pathology.
