Bone Infarct (Spine)

Note
There are several spine findings in this case consistent with the clinical history of sickle cell disease. There are multilevel vertebral central endplate depression deformities with an H-shaped appearance. Additionally, there is patchy T2 STIR hyperintense, T1 hypointense bone marrow signal abnormality with associated geographic rim enhancement and central hypoenhancement, compatible with bone infarcts.
