Diagnosis
Arachnoid Cyst (Spinal)
Note
There is a focal smooth indentation along the dorsal aspect of the thoracic spinal cord at the T5 level. A preserved CSF cleft is evident ventral to the cord and no focal cord atrophy is present to suggest cord herniation. This finding is consistent with a small arachnoid cyst.
