Dural Venous Sinus Thrombosis
Note
T1 hyperintense thrombus demonstrating restricted difussion is present in the right transverse sinus, seen as a filling defect on the post-contrast T1-weighted images extending inferiorly into the right sigmoid sinus and internal jugular vein.
