Craniotomy Bone Flap (Complications)

Note
This case demonstrates findings of recurrent cranioplasty wound infection in a patient that previously had a hemicraniectomy for decompression of a large MCA territory infarction. Multiloculated extra-axial collections with internal restricted diffusion are present, consistent with recurrent subdural empyemas, as well as findings of meningoencephalitis and cerebral abscess formation.
