Craniopharyngioma
Note
There is a large, multilobulated cystic mass involving the suprasellar cistern with posterior extension along the clivus and into the prepontine cistern. There is contrast enhancement of the margins, and this was ultimately diagnosed as a craniopharyngioma following surgical resection.
