Diagnosis

Ependymoma (Anaplastic)

Note
There is an enhancing mass in the fourth ventricle with several metastatic lesions present. One lesion is attached to the septum pellucidum. A second lesion appears to transgress the ependyma in the occipital horn of the left lateral ventricle. Obstructive hydrocephalus is additionally present. This was an anaplastic ependymoma by histopathology.
