Carotid Dissection
Note
Multiple findings are present in this young female with recent trauma, including a dissection of the left cervical internal carotid artery with a pseudoaneurysm near the skull base, as well as multifocal narrowing and pseudoaneurysm formation of the right vertebral artery. Few punctate infarcts were identified in the centrum semiovale, compatible with embolic phenomenon and/or white matter watershed ischemia.
