Diagnosis
Rheumatoid Pachymeningitis
Note
There is prominent pachymeningeal thickening in the right aspect of the posterior fossa. The patient underwent an extensive neurologic workup with no abnormalities revealed. The patient did have a medical history of rheumatoid arthritis, and the diagnosis of rheumatoid pachymeningitis was made basis of exclusion of other potential etiologies.
