Diagnosis
Trigeminal Neuralgia.
Note
Time of flight MRA images show a markedly tortuous basilar artery. On multiplanar high resolution CISS imaging, the tortuous basilar artery is seen exerting marked focal mass effect on the cisternal segment of the left trigeminal nerve, accounting for this patient's presentation of trigeminal neuralgia.
