Diagnosis
Pituitary Macroadenoma.
Note
A large enhancing mass is demonstraed in the sellar/suprasellar region with mass effect on adjacent structures. The mass is heterogeneous on T2/FLAIR and avidly enhances. Findings consistent with patient's known history of previously partially resected pituitary macroadenoma.
