CASE NUMBER 10
Diagnosis

Vestibular Schwannoma.

Note
On these images we see an avidly enhancing mass in the right cerebellopontine angle in a patient with sensironeural hearing loss. The mass has heterogeneous signal on T2 and FLAIR images, as well as a cystic portion centrally that was also seen on the postcontrast images. The mass extends into and expands the porus acousticus. This is a classic appearance for a vestibular schwannoma.
