RCA off Left Aortic Cusp
Right Coronary Artery arises off of the left Aortic Cusp. The RCA travels anterior to the Aorta and between the Aorta and Pulmonary Artery as it courses to the right heart

Anterior-superior view of volume rendered image shows that the right coronary artery arises off of the left aortic cusp. The RCA travels from the left to right, anterior to the aorta as it courses to the right coronary sulcus.

Inferior view of axial CT shows right coronary artery arises off left aortic cusp.

Inferior oblique view shows right coronary artery arises off left aortic cusp.
