CASE NUMBER 5
Diagnosis

multiple sclerosis.

Note
Multple FLAIR images demosntrate scattered ovoid foci of FLAIR hyperintensity oriented perpendicular to the ventricles, consistent with the patient's known medical history of multiple sclerosis. No enhancing lesions were identified on postcontrast imaging to suggest active demyelinating disease.
