Pneumoperitoneum from Perforated Duodenal Ulcer on X-ray
Note
Chest and abdominal x-rays in a patient with severe of pain demonstrates pneumoperitoneum below the right hemi diaphragm (arrow). The lateral decubitus x-ray also shows the free air.
