Splenomegaly on Abdominal X-ray

Note
Upright abdominal x-ray demonstrates splenomegaly (arrows). The spleen is a large and the tip of the spleen is near the iliac crest. Surgical clips are noted along the liver. The stomach bubble (arrowhead) is displaced medially by the enlarged spleen.
