Hilar Adenopathy on Chest X-ray
Note
Chest PA and lateral x-ray in a patient with weight loss. Bilateral hilar adenopathy is noted (arrows). The patient has also had anterior chest surgery with sternal wires noted. The etiology of the hilar adenopathy was sarcoidosis.
