Hyperparathyroidism on Hands on X-ray

Note
Patient with hyperparathyroidism. The x-rays of the hand demonstrate subperiosteal bone resorption especially visible on the radial aspects of the phalanges as well as resorption of the tuffs (acroosteolysis) and tunneling of the cortex. In this case this was related to medullary cystic kidney disease.
