Diagnosis

Periorbital Cellulitis

Note
These images show moderate right periorbital soft tissue swelling with thickening of the skin and expansion and infiltration of the subcutaneous fat. There is no evidence of post-septal extension or abscess formation which is commonly the reason for acquiring this study. There is no evidence of sinus disease which can be a cause of the related entity of subperiosteal orbital abscess. Findings are consistent with periorbital cellulitis.
